This research entitled The Cognitive Model Visual Technical Students through Animation Graphic Software. The aim of this study was to investigate the visual's ability and the engineering student's cognitive approach towards learning achievement in Electrical Technology 1 subject specific on through graphic animation courseware. This research created based on experimental of quasi which included pre and post test design. Therefore it focused to determine the differences and the effectiveness student's achievement between treatment group that will be using multimedia animation graphic courseware and control group that will be using lecturers regarding to the Cognitive Visual level from the aspect of Visual Perception, Visual Memory and Visualization. The respondents were 63 students from Diploma of Electrical Engineering in Politeknik Merlimau, Melaka. They were given a set of perception test, memory test, SVAT test, pre and post test, questionnaires and interviews questions. The descriptive test involving distribution of frequency show data were distribute normally thus parametric data were used. The data were analyzed to calculate mean and standard deviation (SD) which were utilized as basic calculation then hypothesis inferential used T-test and Multiple Regression Test. The main findings show that reject null hypothesis at significant level 0.05 which stated that there was significant differences statistically student achievement based on Cognitive Visual from the aspect of Visual Perception, Memory Perception and Visualization. The findings of the study have significant effect at the medium level in approximation of achievement test with the combination of Visual Perception's students, Memory Visual and Visualization (r = .686, p <0.05).
