Abstract

Concrete has a long journey that through flow the construction technology modernization. It transformed its use by engineers, architects, researchers, contractors, manufacturers and suppliers to raise the concrete in line with the globalization towards green technology. Green technology concrete is being well-known for its strong environmental benefits in support of creative and effective sustainable development. Therefore, when considering the lifetime environmental impact of a building material; the extraction, production, operation, construction, demolition and recycling of concrete is the best choice to aim these goals.
