This case study was observed the implementation of technical and vocational education in secondary school at Batu Pahat. This study was observed the need of the school physically, teacher's qualification and student achievement at school which offered the subjects concerned. The study method was based on survey using 2 instruments that are questionnaires and interview. It was found that the technical and vocational education only offered Technical Drawing subject. There were only 4 schools that offered this subject for form 4 and form 5. The sample taken from these 4 schools are teachers, which involved in technical subject teaching. The result showed that 60% of the respondent had 3 to 4 years teaching experienced in technical drawing subject. The respondent highest academic achievement in firstdegree level was 90% with 60% had educational background in engineering courses. The result also showed that the schools provide 2 rooms for drawing and computer lab. 75% of the rooms are actually from a classroom that had been renovated and 25% of the rooms are additional new building. The student had an averaged of 80% achievement, where else 20% had poor achievement. Base on this finding, a few suggestions had been made to improve the performance of implementing the technical and vocational subject in secondary school.
