Abstract

Information and communication technology is one of the catalysts of development. National Research Agenda aimed at supporting the strategic objectives by focusing on the supply of public services. The civil service is basically intended to meet the demands of society and can provide benefits in all aspects of life. Additionally, the cashless society can be classified as a modern society that is moving forward as replacing manual payments to electronic payments via plastic cards and others. Many industries are starting to, or have already, put technology in place to accommodate the growing trend towards smart mobile devices. The banking and financial services industry has been exploring authentication of identity using bio-metric verification for a number of years now and there are definite signs of a gradual revolution in Western European markets. Through this too, it can contribute to the development of a cashless society.
