Abstract
WhatsApp ongoing in 2009 universal and is very general with 32 million Malaysia members. There is a lot of divergence regarding WhatsApp being social applications or instant messaging service. Google Play lists WhatsApp as a FREE messaging app that available for Android and other smartphones and is available on the web WhatsApp since Jan 2015. WhatsApp accomplishes all standards of social media as well-defined, so it can be called as a social tool. WhatsApp Messenger it is used for personal connections, professional groups and broadcasting. WhatsApp was initially used by families & friends to connect with each other. But is progressively being used by students to share their academics homework or research that related information exchange for professionals. Many leaders or supervisors are already using WhatsApp to connect with their research scholars either on one.
