Abstract

The AutoCAD Teaching and Learning Module (TLM) is one of the teaching medium that contains the basic application of computer, AutoCAD 2000 software and tha sequential steps to do the technical drawing by using AutoCAD 2000. The purpose of the study is to evaluate how this TLM can be applied in the teaching and learning process within the suitable contents, user-friendly and the fulfillment. Respondents for this study involved 42 students in Diploma of Electrical Engineering of Politechnic Kota Bharu. The method of this study is a set of questionnaire and the evaluation were based on the perception of respondents towards the level of their ability in terms of the usage of TLM. The collected data were then analyzed using Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) version 11.0 which were represented using mean scores. The results of this study prove that there is a positive response towards TLM and the fulfillment is high (means score = 3.96) to be applied in the teaching and learning process. However the researcher believe that the TLM can be improved concerning the suggestions that are made by the researcher to prove that the TLM can be more attractive and suitable to use in the future.
