In general, women career development at home is a challenge faced by the women in generating their own income. Thus, they had to stay at home in order to take care for their families. Women career development at home is one of the best alternative to ease the burden of their spouse and can generate supplementary income while taking care of their families. In reality women go for work is to generate income and support their spouse. The phenomenon of women who leave their professional careers to become a women so-called “fully housewife or stay at home moms” has become a trend and has capturing the media attention todays. Previous studies claimed that a lot of press and popular media focuses on professional women who are highly educated, talented and choose to stop working to stay at home and take care of their families. The assumptions about the traditional career model has been specified based on where the men tend to engage in work to support their families while women would leave their career and focus more of their duties towards the family (Leary & Leary, 2010). Stay at home mother might be facing the challenge such as shortage of money for their standard of living if they continue to expect a salary from their partners. That the satisfaction and quality time in couples on marital life where one of the spouse whether men or women will stay at home giving full time taking care of the children and the other spouse will full-time working outside of the home for generating income for the family.
