Abstract

The unbounded consumption of non-renewable energy such as fossil fuels has caused the severe energy crisis in every country, thus the utilization of renewable energy mainly described as hydroelectric power, solar power and geothermal power have becoming as the alternative in generating power continuously. In this study, solar cells or photovoltaic cells have been introduced as an alternate device to produce electrical power. Solar cell comprises mainly to two types, in form of Si or based on cadmium telluride (CdTe) and CIGS [1].
