Competition between employees from industries today demands enhancement of knowledge and skill continuously so as to be K-workers. Kolej Universiti Teknologi Tun Hussein Onn (KUiTTHO) is one of the Higher Educational Institutions that offers Continuing Education which is oriented to Engineering Courses. Generally, the quality of the Engineering Continuing Education can be achieved if the quality assurances are in placed. Therefore, this research is to identify the indicators of the success critical factors and design a Quality Assurance Model to be proposed to Continuing Engineering Education in KUiTTHO. The design used in this study is a survey method while the instruments used were questionnaires and interview. The data collected were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 11.0), which was represented using mean scores and varians. The study has used purposeful sampling and it consists of 30 experts and staff who are involved in Continuing Engineering Education for KUiTTHO and UTM. The samples also include 30 participants of Continuing Engineering Education Programs from KUiTTHO dan UTM. The findings of this research showed that, there are six critical factors and those factors have their own indicators. All the indicators achieved high significant level (score mean are between 3.82 and 4.73). Lastly, the Quality Assurance Model proposed for KUiTTHO was designed by the researcher according to the results and feedback. The adult's learning models and quality management models have been adapted and integrated by the researcher into the Quality Assurance Model proposed for KUiTTHO. Several suggestions have been made to enhance this model in the aspects of the critical factors and indicators that can be carried out through a Delphi study.
