Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of gender, job qualifications on career opportunities and employee performance. Through this study the authors can determine how much influence that occurred between gender, job qualifications and employment as well as employee performance. The techniques of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 248 respondents. The questionnaires were compiled and the data were examined by several stages. Startingfrom the analysis phase of validity, reliability, outer models, and inner models. The data analysis method was performed by means of SEM (structural equation modeling) using PLS 2.0 Smart program. The results showed that gender and job qualifications influence the career opportunities and employee performance
