Abstract

An air ventilating system for extracting air from the interior of building to the exterior: comprising a tubular frame having a bottom end, an upper end and a hollow passageway that the bottom end is mounted on root structure of a building forming an air duct thereof allowing air exchange in between interior and exterior of the building; a turbine engaged to the upper end to substantially shield the hollow passageway from being exposed to the exterior of the building and a gap presented in between the turbine as well as tubular frame; a vane arrangement disposed at the top of the turbine; and a plurality of fan blades located below the root structure being connected to the vane arrangement; wherein the turbine is rotated by surrounding air flow to create a relatively lower air pressure around the upper end to promote moving of air out from the interior to the exterior through the gap; characterized in that rotation of the vane arrangement caused by the surrounding air flow drives the blades to turn and create a draft which enhance air movement through the gap.
