Abstract

The main constituent in our body is water. The human body composed an average of 70% of water. Human beings consist of many organs, for example our brain is about 85% of water, 90% for liver, 83% for blood and 35% for our bones. Therefore, we must consume enough water in our daily life to stay healthy. Inadequate water, sanitation, and hygiene cause a lead of disease with a total of 1.81 million deaths and more than 76 million people to need lives in a healthy life.
